As Winter begins and nights draw in, foliage, flowers and the bounty dried from earlier seasons combine. Add in plenty of candles to create a gorgeous warm atmosphere for your event.

Foliage is the star of the show with it's multitude of colours from the greens to burgundys and beyond. Berried ivy and eucalyptus are aplenty while skimmia and holly add pops of red. Earthy tones of pinecones, dried bracken, dried seed heads and pussy willow add texture. Elegant amaryllis, heather, flowering viburnum and hellebores add colour when the days are short. The new year brings fragrant narssici, hyacinth and muscari. Followed by jasmine and snowdrops leading us towards spring.
